If A note Reads Ebm thats E flat major and The fingering is  Eb Gb Bb?

Ebm means Eb minor.  The lower case "m" means that you have a minor chord.  So, the notes for that chord are:  Eb-Gb-Bb

The fingering however is something totally up to you.  I personally would play this chord using my 1st, 3rd, and 5th fingers.
