Ovation
« on: December 13, 2006, 09:23:04 PM »

Hey all! Just wondering what you all thought about ovation guitars. I personally play a breedlove guitar, but i really like ovations for their comfort and I think they sound pretty good too. I've heard some people don't care for them because of the material they're made of, just wondering what you all thought.

I like them because they are comfortable for me. I'm short and the width is perfect for me. I own an Applause acoustic

Hi.  I own a ovation guitar. Most buy them for the sound when they are plugged.  Great guitar

I owned a Ballader years ago and wish I still had it now that the price is higher. The sound was real good. Playing R&B back then, it just didn't fit the picture. Now I own an Alvarez nylon classic a-e and an Epiphone a-e. Love them both.. :)

I love Ovation!  Check my avatar.  They sound great plugged in, dont feed back on stage, and are comfortable to play.

Hi , I'm an owner of an Ovation Tangent and I love it  !  i love playing R& B / Soul Gospel..and the sounds i get from the Ovation is awesome. The only issue i have is that with my Ovation playing during a church service is difficult as the feedback from either the bass guitar or Hammond is a problem.
