Thou shalt not  correct someone's spelling and/or grammar in a demeaning to embarass the poster. I am a teacher, but I can read between the lines, and know what the writer means. Now, if on the othre hand, you correct them in a Christian and loving manner, then that's okay! Let's build one another up in decency and in love!

LOL, Amira, the grammar league is really all in fun, although the grammar issues we address are real, there is no ill intent behind the clowning.  Around here we clown constantly, it's just the dynamic of the group.

Ok, I think that's a little messed up that we don't take people seriously unless they have made a certain number of posts. It reminds me of this crooked society where we don't take people seriously unless they make a certain amount of money.

And what about:

Thou shall not delete users posts without at least notifying them or letting them know why their posts are being deleted.

...or...

Thou shall not show favoritism to certain members who post links to their sites but don't let other post links to their own sites.


Oh by the way, I have over 100 posts.  ;D

Your answer lies in the 'Site Rules and Guidelines'

Any message can and will be locked or deleted if the moderators feel it is necessary. The moderators do not enjoy deleting messages and only do so when absolutely necessary. We feel that God has entrusted us as shepherds with the responsibility of owner and moderators and we do take it seriously. The moderators will usually try to edit messages in question and even contact the individual at times. This will be a courtesy and up to each individual moderator and not a requirement.


Passing through the board to advertise your service, event, competition or personal website - even if your link seems to correspond to the theme of the message board is not allowed. If you have less than 300 post, your links will be removed.

That's not a guarantee, it's still at the mod's discretion.  The whole thing is that the board is not really a place to advertise, but if people are regulars here and they have something going on that they want to let folks know about, there's a little more leeway.
