No it can't.

That does not mean you should stop trying.

I DONT THINK ANYBODY CAN MASTER THE ORGAN..I FEEL U CAN MASTER CERTAIN STYLES OF PLAYING...SUCH AS A JAZZ STYLE CLASSICAL STYLE.ETC...BUT WITH AN ORGAN ITS JUST TO MUCH TO LEARN..YOU CAN LEARN NEW STUFF EVERYDAY ON AN ORGAN SUCH AS DIFFERENT DRAWBAR SOUNDS AND SETTINGS.. BASS PEDAL SETTINGS(PLAYING TRITONES WITH THE BASS PEDALS ) ITS ALOT SO ONCE AGAIN I THINK NO

speaking of draw bar settings i know i probably mentioned it before but the B3 has over

253 million possible drawbar settings combinations

This information comes from the hammond manual for the new B3
they are probably taking into account chours vibrato greats percussion etc plus the drawbar settings with and without tremolo and chourus on and off

with this many possible combinations i think it is safe to say that no human can possibly explore every nuance of 253 million combinations

if you lived to 70 then you would have lived for 36, 691 200 minutes  take away the minutes spent sleeping going to work and school playing with friends and leisure activieties watching tv and eating you are left with about half of that'

so even if you spent all the remaining minutes practicing you could not even explore half of the entirety of possible drawbar settings

need i say more?

one more gen

253,000,000 possible draw bar settings
each one yielding different sounds
so tell me who among us can remember and utilize and process this many settings and understand how to use each and every one of them

253 milliion is more than anyone can digest in a lifetime how many minutes are in 70 years?  36,691,200

To be or not to be that is the question you anwer when you pray practice and read your word

I dont think no one can master the organ! Chords are being discovered everyday and there are millions of drawbar setting  combinations still waiting to be discovered. So i think the organ or any other instrument can be be mastered. Now i believe there are so organ genuises out there but not masters!

Wow!  I don't think the organ can be mastered and who ever did or does probably will fall off an organ and die of a brain overload!! LOL!  Anyway who is Dr. Gloria T?  I never heard of her.
