i need a lil help

hello everyone.i dont want to bother no one but i need a lil help. i have not played bass since i was 12 im 21 now i play drums and keys but i got back on bass. i have a five string. all i want to know is how do i read these tabs with the numbers.

*on a 5 string bass the strings are b e a d g?
