Phat Chords
« on: May 18, 2008, 05:59:25 PM »
I have been talking to mussalio, and he has been encouraging me to start back posting here. I am going to start with explaining phat chords. Phat chords are chords that are expanded to make large chords such as

chords that are 9th, 11th, 13th, altered 9th, altered 11th, altered 13th, and altered 7th chords.

some might ask a question can a major chord be a phat chord, and the answer is yes.

For Example, a C major chord

you can try this

CC/CEGCE

or

C9 chord

CEBb/DEGC

this is part 1, part 2 coming soon
