Not bad...
You clearly have a grasp on the fundamentals. GREAT set up at the 4:15 mark. My advice to you would be to work on your phrasing. On a song like "Total Praise" less is deffinitely more. This is a song that is very hard to play because of the musical aspect that often gets overlooked. You don't want to be too busy because its actually counter-active in building to the climax (to which there are a couple in this song). You don't want to buy the farm too soon because you'll have no where to go. That being said, all of your fills (accept for one) should be simular to the one at the 4:15 mark. A song like this is very much about shape and phrasing. Dynamics are your friend. When you play your softs really soft, it makes your medium-louds louder and your really louds... well... really loud!

I don't know what your band/choir's timing is like, but I would even venture to say (if possible) lay out.
When I play this song, I play it as if I am singing the song. I would also look to keep the wash of the cymbals at a minimum. It gets kinda messy and "wet" when you start crashing AND have the open hihats. If you're going to use your cymbals a lot, look to use them as color to the "big picture". Overall, not bad.
Keep playing doc.
