help who did ill go if i have to go by myself

one of the choirs in my church finally agreed to let me work with them so i want to learn this song well

the lead goes ill go if i have to go by myself

and the choir answers have to go by myself

and it repeats like this i tried to use gospel lyrics (thanks vtguy for the information )
but i was unable to get anything on this

thanks in advance for any help

D379, it was done by a quartet group. I will try and run this down for you Doc. I know the song cause I have either played or sang it for years. What are you exactly needing?  Bishop Cole

Lord send me.....(send me I'll go)  repeat to vamp


That is the way I learned it.

i realy just wanted to hear what the recording sounded like so i could hear what type of arrangement they were using

That was "Send Me I'll Go" by the Canton Spirituals.  I think it was on their LIVE IN MEMPHIS 1 OR 2
