Some videos of my drumming
« on: March 11, 2007, 10:09:15 AM »
A couple of videos of me playing Gospel/funk stuff. Got a little carried away with the fills on the first one so I kept it fairly simple on the second one. The third one is some pocket playing, been trying to practise this more thanks to the suggestions on this forum.

Hope you like them, please forgive the quality as I recorded them on my mobile phone. Gonna try out my digi cam next time as Im sure it will be better quality.

Cloud, thanks for the post.  Yeah, the digicam would probably work better. But what I heard sounded nice.  Good rebound action and ghost notes.  Keep it up!

I will try adding some pauses next time mate thanks for the suggestion. Yeah I use this stuff with the group all the time, especially when we play funk music. Its always good to represent The Lord in the secular world. Still havnt been able to play at my church yet. Theres a lot of other drummers there and I dont think they have heard me properly but one day I will get my turn on the drum chair.

Thanks for the comments folks.
