Praise and Worship Songs

On this song, they are singing a praise and worship song, i know the song pretty well, but it's just when they got to that part around 4:35 then again around 5:22 they were doing some other type of chords, I know i hear them done alot in many songs before and i was just wondering some examples of what chords they are exactly doing. Thanks in advance.
