I was going to post this on the Gene Lake thread to show the differences in snare sounds, but its just WAY too funky!! So to keep from diverting attention from that clip (wich is a solid post on its own), I figured I'd just give stantio the love he deserves.

I love his playing. this is one of my favorite clips of Stanton. and I do agree on the sound of the snares! Stanton has that wet feel, but, it goes. He makes it work.
