Ok guys im gonna try and make this as simple as possible.

He's using a capo on the 2nd Fret which will create a bar for the B chord. He's actually Barring an A in the other video i saw but in this case i think ive simplified it a bit more.

Just think of the Fret Board starting again from the 2nd Fret and you'll know the Chords i mean.

Intro and Verses:

AMajor7(0 0 2 1 2 0 0)  Asus2(0 0 2 1 0 0) A(play the open A note) G C  0 0 3 5 0 0  A(play the open A note again) 0 0 5 7 0 0 - play downstrokes but don't play the Low E when your doing this progression.

Chorus:(Bar These Chords)

Dm7 G7 X2 - The little passing chord he does is 0 0 3 5 0 0

try this its in standard tuning
Bmaj7 - Bmaj9(no 3rd) - Gmaj7 - A7
 2           2                     x        5
 4           2                     7        5
 3           3                     7        6
 4           4                     9        5
 2           2                     10      7
 x           x                     x        5

Chorus:   (Em7 - Dmaj )x3 to Gb7 then back to Bmaj7
                 7       x              2
                 8       7              2
                 7       7              3
                 9       7              2
                 7       5              4
                 x       x              2
I'm just a beginner but it sounds kinda close hope it helps the way i play the chords are below each name and it goes down from high e .

Marshman, this is just a question. Please do not take it the wrong way.Your first two chords, are at the second frett. Why would you move all the way down,to the seven fret for the g-major7,When you could have done it,at the first, second,or third fret. You want to take all the short-cuts,and make it as easy as possible. But,your chords sound really NICE. ;)

yeah i was sliding from the 2nd to 7th fret..and that pinky finger didnt want to reach all the way on that 10th fret sometimes..lololol...but in defense to marshman...i think he put it like that because in the video..after the Bmaj9 you can hear a big slide...so i think he might be sliding to the 7th in the video..i might be wrong though..

Wow they both sound really good, and look like teenagers.

Tony your chords arent the same as the guy on the video.  I'm not familiar with the original version so I dont know who's right.
