Yamaha needs to expand their color list for the Oaks. They had more colors at one point. What happened? I don't think they have that brown that JFunky posted. I wish they did though.

I went to GC the other day and saw a Silver Sparkle Oak Kit and a Blue Sparkle Oak Kit for sale. Yamaha put out a ton of colors for this kit.

At one point they didi have a lot of colors but according to their website now there are only about four finishes now. Musashi Black, Red Oak, Honey Amber, and another one I can't think of right now.

...this is that "one point". When the Oaks came out in the U.S., they only had the one that "Audio" is displaying. Then came the Red Oak. Now, we have the Musashi Black and the Sylver Sparkle and others.

...get this though....Akira Jimbo has a Signature "Musashi Oak" Kit in Japan. (Black with the Musashi Badges)

Real Similar to this one....

Yeah! I seen that kit on the cover of one of his videos. I think it was Wasabi, but I can be wrong.

Whoa! Never saw the black oaks before.

I contacted Yamaha about buying a Oak 8" tom and they wanted to charge me $400 bucks!
