If any "graphic artists" would lend their talent to making a flyer for the event... your blessing will be greatly appreciated.

So far I have commitments from the following:

DivineGroove....  which includes (Keys410, BIGKU, lordluvr, and I'm told they have a vocalist and bass player)

Saxandkeys has a group 1ACCORD and will be able to do 2 or 3 selections

I need to make sure they are available but BT Praise should be there and can throw down a few songs.

I need 2 or three more groups or choirs or whatever.

I'm still waiting on conformation from ladybass, Jason Nelson(Jonathan was already booked)

Forgive him Lord....he hasn't seen the work I do for GPHMBC on the regular.  LOL!  But whoever gets "selected" to do it, I trust they will do the best job.  Amen.

If you want the Voices of GPH, I gotta have a letter to submit to them at rehearsal tomorrow.  You can send it to itsapeachworld@yahoo.com in pdf format, and I'll submit it at tomorrow's rehearsal:

I'll have to get back to you on that...  there is a place in Randallstown that does bulk fried chicken and fish
I'd have to see if any in the church would be willin to kick in for the food.  Most of the mothers of the church don't mind fixin the side dishes.

Corn Puddin, collard greens, baked mac and cheeze, green beans, pies and cakes... mmmmMMMMmmm...

Herman... ya'll would come all the way up here and "Donate" your talents?  Ya'll would be welcome to come and I will find out about the food.  I think all involved would love that idea... ;D

I was hoping you could work up a sample flier for this event though... that's why I put it out there....LOL ;)

Kad ... I spoke with Paul and he said, if selected, please include Endtime Messengers; this is the group I play for.  I started talking to David Chance Sunday, but somehow got distracted.  I'll give him a call and get back to you on that.

But I thought this was a fund raiser for your media and music dept. How is paying out $1800 helping the fund raiser?

I'm hoping to talk to him directly and he may be willing to donate his services.  We're gonna have an awesome time even if he doesn't take part in it.

Ok... after much thought, discussion and prayer... I have come to this decision.

Although it would be nice to have Jason Nelson join us for this P&W event, if we could raise $1800 we wouldn't need to have the event in the first place.

I know we have at least 4 groups already, ladybass has left a message for me to contact David Chance so that may be a 5th.  I have yet to speak with Herman to see if he and his choir will make the trek for fried chicken and fixin's.  That choir would make 6 groups.

There may be one or two more local groups that are not on LGM that may be in attendance but without them it looks like there is about 15 to 20 mins per group available so about 3 songs each.

If the Holy Ghost breaks out like I am counting on we could go 3 hours easy!!!

So should I adjust the start time to 6:00pm instead of 7:00?  Start setting up and sound checks at 4-4:30pm
