If you join this hammond organ group, there is a PDF of the old book, "Creating Beautiful Tone Colors with the Harmonic Drawbars of the Hammond Organ".  This might be what you're looking for.  If it's not, then I might have time to copy them out of "The Hammond Organ" book.  It has what the presets are as well as some other settings.
