Help Please im a drummer who wants to learn organ.

What are some fast tips you guys can give me. I've been messing around and trying to learn notes. Like i said im learning organ as a secondary. But I need all the tips I can get.

and be familiar with them...this will take you a long way.  Don't learn songs right away. Get used to scales and chords FIRST! then progressions (set of chords) then songs (set of progressions).

And to add to it since you are learning Organ, unless you have four way independance your left foot will need to get use to playing, and working a lot more than with the Hi-Hat. Just spend some time doing the crhomatic scale up and down the pedal board using your left toes and ankle/Ball of your foot: Toe on black, Ankle/Ball of your foot on Brown. This will help you to get acustomed to the feel. Cool thing about it is, once you memorize the pedal board you can practice this away from the instrument. Dont worry if you use the links provided  you will understand what the Chromatic scale is. Have fun.
