...Wow!!  I can't beleive Keith Carlock finally made it to LGM. lol

...I saw him in a clinic setting like 2 years ago and must say that he is one very skilled and groovy dude.

...his second line stuff is great along with his gumbo funk.  Yall cats from New Orleans know what I'm talkin' about. ;)

I love his playing it's so funky and unfair! lol   I also think it's awesome the way he grips the stick in the right hand.

YO BBD!!!!!!  Hey man, I'm interested to find out why you think he is overrated?  I personally think he is one of the most musical cats that has come out in a long time.  Even Peter Erskine talks highly of him as someone to watch out for.  I really like his phrasing and his 4 way independance.  He knows how to use the hihat as an instrument and not neglect as the "step child" it has become.  Get at me with your opinion, even if you have to PM me.  Take care and God Bless.   ;D

...please explain.  I'm not seeing it or hearing it.  :-\  What I like about him is just that....he's "him".  He's Raw and yet smooth.  He's giving you who he is musically.
