Left hand problems/chord problems/no where to go

Hey,

    My name is Michael and i play for Bethanie french church in Tampa, FL.
I play the piano and the sax. Ever since i started to play the piano i been
having proble with my left hand. Also i can't produce chords to play, and I often
find when i making a new song I have no to go with the song. It like making a good chord
and having no where to go with it. Somebody Please help a brother out.
