I want to know...If you have the music in your head

Hey ,
Let me intro myself..Lendro the lyricist.
I am a writer.
I never took piano lessons growing up, woodwind.
A lot of times i have music in my head but don't know how to arrange it for piano.
Do all of you guys/gals know piano, if not what do you do?
And how to you get it from your head to a track?
I would love to put music to my words.

i would say to work with a keys player, who can listen to the words or you can sing how the song goes and come up with music
