I nearly lived the Harry met Sally story... never married the girl... :'(

But then I would have never me my wife... ;D

Harry Met Sally was a favorite movie of mine for years... I even had the soundtrack on tap and CD... I became a huge fan of Harry Connic Jr's music after that.  It's amazing how he pulls off big band / crooner in todays market.

The music and PREMISE of Rent are great, despite the vehicle they use to drive the PREMISE home.

I didn't see that show, but did you see "That thing you do".  With Tom Hanks as the record producer.  I can watch that show over, and over.  I don't really know why, but I like it, and the music. :)

It came on cable not too long ago.  I didn't catch it from the beginning, but it caught my interest.

Ok, for ME, because of the time period in which the movie is set, the song is very, very catchy. I promise.

I seem to catch it EVERY time it's on, and I love it EVERY time it's on. ;) :D

I was reading a review (from a person not a critic ::) ) who said that die hard Transformer fans have to remain open-minded and rest in the fact that there WILL be a sequel, if not two more. I'm paraphrasing, but that was the gist.

Take heart, JL. ;) :D

NOW, DON'T SAY ANOTHER WORD ABOUT IT UNTIL TOMORROW or, at least, this weekend! >:( :D

The commitments was awesome...  "I'm blaque and oim prouwed"

Fact was it was basicly a true story, they truely held auditions for the band either during filming or just like they showed in the movie.  It was almost a documentary style movie about forming a "white" soul band.

The main vocalist voice was created for that type of singing.

As far as transformers, I can wait for DVD.  They look OVERMECHANICAL to me from what I've seen in the trailers.

in another message board I frequent, they said the movie was doomed the day that Michael Bay was the director of the movie.
