Man, I didn't realise the hostility was really bad.
I just assumed that 4Hisglory was keeping the newbies out for a reason. Now, I realise its not the newbies that are having issues... 
Its been that way for a while man. The NSA did need a little bit of assistance from on high, but the cats that are on the inside can be habitual line jumpers also.
