Start with your basic major scale.  What kind of help do you need?  Do you need to know when to use a particular scale?  The major scale will pretty much fit anywhere within any given key.

There's a lot of talk on here about scale theory and application. Search, or fish back through the last 4 or 5 pages.

If what you need isn't there, like strat said, let us know exactly what you're looking for.

Well, it sounds to me like you are brand new to this.  Do you know any chords?  See here for some info on scales and thier uses.

Thanks, Strat, I was feeling rude cause I was at work and didn't have time to fish around for something for them lol

I think there's a lot of cool info at www.looknohands.com but it's been a while since I've been there to check it out.
