HAHA. I forget to take mine out all the time to. Plenty of Sundays I didn't realize that I had my pants in my sock until I got home.

...you guys/gals need to revisit your seating position if this is a continous thing with different styles of pants or dresses.  I also suggest that you leave your pedal in the factory beater setting/position to those that play around with settings.

...the pedal that is known for it's beater hittin' shins are the Yamaha Flying Dragons.  I've played on 3 different generation Yamaha Pedals and those things love to fire back at ya.  Definetly not church drummer friendly. lol
