I tried practicing on a surface with little or no rebound... Singles and Doubles are what I did.... I don't know if this is a good idea or not but, I used heavier sticks just to build up my wrist.... Remember, START SLOW!! This exercises helped me when doing the Traditional Grip... It also gave me better control!!
