These chords are RIDICUFIED!!!! <----probably no such word... 
If you are somewhat of a beginner...this guy breaks down all of the chords for folks like me.  God gone bless this child BIG TIME!! :'( :'( :'( Aint it Breautiful....

I play some just like this here are my chords

Ab Eb Ab/B Eb F# Bb
Eb Bb Eb/F# Bb C# F
Ab Eb Ab/B Eb F# Bb
Eb Bb Eb/G Bb C D F <-----my chord(you hear how good that sounds? ;D)
A/G A C# F# passing chord <-----my chord
