imagine carson has been offered in trades all week and no-one bit on it, by the way he and peyton are still on the trading block

And yet, you won't trade 'em.  :-\

a. Dubs ain't hurtin'
b. a 1 for 1 deal doesn't hurt anyone (as long as the players are of fairly equal value in some regard)

Anywho........ ;)

He's not.

But I already beat sjon and he needs Housh more than I do.  Plus, nobody else on my schedule scares me! ;D

No one said that he was. BUT, he's better than Marcus Pollard. So, Dubs had a "need" at that one position and I at another; ergo, we dealt.

Again, Dubs ain't hurtin' behind the trade. ;) :D

I guess I can also expect Carson Palmer to throw for six TDs and put up 72 points that week too.  I can't see the schedule here at work, but if I play you week 5, Palmer has a bye that week anyway.

Again, nobody else on my schedule scares me.

You don't have to be scared to catch a beatdown.  Debo wasn't scared of Craig in "Friday" and he got knocked the....well, you know.  ;)

Well folks, Week 3 of this fantasy football season brings us a very intriguing matchup.  Two of the highest scoring teams in the league in ThoseWeDoNotSpeakOf vs 9-ers-R-Back.  The former features a balanced attack led by Tony Romo, who has been blazing the fantasy scene in the first two weeks.  He is backed by an outstanding running back tandem of Shaun Alexander and Larry Johnson, studs in their own right.  A compliment of wide receivers including perennial fantasy high scorers Reggie Wayne, Plaxico Burress, the ever consistent Hines Ward, and the young upstart Bernard Berrian have also played well, while the 2007 version of the Minnesota Wrecking Crew has scored defensive touchdowns in the first 2 games.

The 9ers feature two top 5 quarterbacks in Peyton Manning and Carson Palmer.  Unfortunately for the 9ers only one can play at a time.  Who else is on this team?  Who knows.  It’s reminiscent of the early Michael Jordan/Chicago Bulls where it was just Jordan and a group of nobody’s.  Can the stud quarterback theory triumph over the balanced attack?  Tune in Tuesday to find out!
