Scales, Riffs and Chords

Can somebody post me a list of bass SCALES, because I really need to learn my scales? :-\

And what are RIFFS and how does it go with scales? ?/?

Also what are some CHORDS? ?/?

Major Scale (Start there)...

Riff is just a term that means a short musical pattern, can also be called a LICK.

Chords are made by playing more than one note at a time....  Think of a Piano player, or a guitarist more  than one note at once.. that would be a chord.
As bass players we typically "Arpeggiate" Chords, meaning we play the notes one at a time, however you can play multiple notes at once..
