Maybe they are trying to improve the bench (which is, to me, their biggest weakness right now) and need someone to take a pay cut. BTW do you think Lakers should trade someone for Chris Bosh?
I don't think that Bosh would fit, simply because he doesn't know the meaning of the word. "defense"

I think that if Orlando wins tonight, the series will be over for the Celtics. You can't allow yourself to wake a sleeping giant. Also, I can't believe that the Lakers lost. :o :o :o :o :o :o

I'm going to use a hyperbole.....I guess  ::) and say that the technical foul call against Perkins in the 2nd quarter of the Celtics/Magic game is the worst technical foul call I've seen in about 15 years of watching the NBA....the absolute worst!!!

Yes, that was an unfortunate call.  I think it will get reversed.  Although, the replay shows that while he's walking away, he utters an expletive.  Maybe that's why he was tee'd up.

...1 of the 2 Tech's will be gone by today.  I like how Magic Johnson put it though; "The Celtics got an ol' fashion 80's beatin' tonight."  LOL

...we'll take it one quarter at a time.  Every game for Orlando is a Game 7 and every quarter is O.T.  The pressure has now shifted to the "showing their age" Boston Celtics.

...btw, I'm not even going to lie to you all; I was scared and NOT laughing when Glen "Big Baby" Davis went down.  I didn't see the elbow to the face but did see the flopping around at the time.  After watching an ESPN special on Hank Gathers a few weeks ago my heart dropped and I was hollering "someone get the Paramedics!"  Scary moment...

...I was happy to see he was fine and only had a Zab "Don't ever play with matches" Judah moment.  ;)

It's good to see your boys gave you cause to but your Orlando Magic Jersey back on JFunky(did you change your pic to Fl Marlins or Rays).  ;D ;D  They did a good job.  You gotta stick with your boys though win, lose or draw.

...man, I changed it to the Rays (favorite AL team) cause they beat up on the Yankees the other day and the Mets (favorite NL team) cause they did the same.  I actually changed my Avatar back to Orlando yesterday morning cause it was Game Day.  Trust me man, I'm no bandwagon fan. lol  I'm just going back and forth with my favorite teams in MLB beatin' up on the "Skankees." lol

...I was the only guy supporting the Magic with my shirt yesterday at my job hearing a bunch of trash talking by the Boston fans!  Today I hear the lovely sound of "silence" and see phony people.  ::)

The same thing happened to me during a game...my pride got in the way, I didn't want to fall....I staggered from one side of the court to the other.  If somebody had hit me...I would've been down for the count.

Happenend to me when I was playing football.  I had one defender to beat.  He went low and I tried to hurdle him.  He caught my toe or something and I ended up landing on my head.  Everything started going grey.  I stood up to run back to the huddle.  Instead, I wobbled along the sidelines.  My coach immediately had me take a knee.  After a few minutes I was fine, but he wouldn't let me play anymore.

...how do you guys see tonight's L.A./Phoenix game?  I really want Phoenix to win but I think L.A. is going to beat them by like 15 pts. tonight.  Kobe will probably drop 40pts.  :-\

I have a feeling it will be close.  LA will do a better job against the zone, but Phoenix's confidence is pretty high.  I believe their bench will step up again- maybe not with as many points, but with the energy and defensive intensity.

...hey, Boston's hockey team went down after leading 3-0 this year.  The city will go numb when the same thing happens to the Celtics. lol

And that being the first time ever in the NBA that happening?.....uh yeah.....LOL!

Wow, Lakers barely won tonight thanks to Ron Artest.....LOL! I predict Lakers lose Game 6 and win Game 7 at home. The conspiracy theorist in me believes that.....LOL!

I don't think Phoenix utilized the zone the way they did in game 3 or 4...the bench didn't perform anywhere near what they did in game 3 or 4.

...you do know that the NHL did have a time when "no team" had ever come back from being down 0 -3 to win.  Just because its never happened in the NBA doesn't mean it can't happen.  We'll see tonight.

Lakers are going to put them away in game 6. Artest is a lucky man cause Kobe and team would have got him later for that mis-firing he did with a minute to go.

Orlando, hmm what can I say if they win in Boston tonight they will win game 7 at home and boston will be the first team to be up 3-0 and lose the series.... Orlando just has to play faster ball....

The Sun had no shot in winning in LA, the zone is not a way to win a game and when you keep running to the zone the other team (jackson and company) will figure it out. There is no team out there in NBA can win a series playing just zone.
