The track was off...
Obviously they have not practiced playing without the track... however they recovered once the track was turned off. However vocally the were dependent on the track (Not Good... hooked on track, hmm hmm hmm such a shame).
David Haddon (Deidrick Haddon's bro) tried to keep business as usual. If that is the way the ship is run then he was bound. Arguably the performance may have been better had he waitedbut the vocals and everyone should have waited. Fact is at some point base on the mix up they were going to have to play without the track so as too not look like they weren't capable musicians.
Stuff happens.... this wasn't a good look for them.
