Yeah ddrum sucks! And the thing is they seem to be snatching up all the hood rats who cant seem to get real endorsement deals with the larger companies....I compare ddrum to a used car lot, at first it looks and drives awesome until you've driven it for awhile and then start to see and find all the flaws!!!
Does that make you an ex-hood rat (who can't seem to get real endorsement deals with the larger companies)? http://www.learngospelmusic.com/forums/index.php/topic,33297.0.html

Thanks everybody! I just did a session with them today and all I can say is.... The engineer lost his mind when I pulled them out of the cases! Then after he heard them, I almost had to call a doctor!

i'm a evans man myself no heads r touching ec2's...and i'm actually bout 2 bag a tama kit w/ a zildjian "A" custom cymbal pack and the best kick in the world which goes w/o speak but i'll mention it anywayz dw9000...trust me i'll be posting picks soon...but thatz just my opinion everyone has their own flavor and wat works for 1 doesnt work 4 da other...so it's a good thing that everyone doesnt feel everything the same then it would take away our creativity...but hard feelingz aside lol i gotta give u ur props the set is official and maybe when i become a good drummer i might get a yamaha i'm a open-minded drummer so u never kno but 4 now it is wat it is...holla atcha boy...stay blessed!

That's a hot kit, Sheen.
Most important of all, you can actually play very well.
That comment makes me think about the dudes who come to the court with the extra clean kicks, their tank look's brand spanking new & so do their shorts. They look like a million bucks, and play like fifteen cents. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah aha.......................now that is funny!!!!!! but seriously that is an extra nice kit!!!!!! happy drumming!!!!! God bless

Then after he heard them, I almost had to call a doctor! Yeah man Yamaha's sound awesome in the studio! Back in the day when I had my birch Yami's it was the same, flat eq, no efx, and the drums sounded awesome with just the mics. My Mapex remind me so much of that kit....
