...excellent and very informative clip.  Thanks for the share.  I like what he said about exercise.  I need to do some of that.

I liked the four concepts idea and the advice on getting to where you want to be. His explaination of things is very good.

...dude the whole clip is great.  The exercise thing caught me off guard because that isn't really spoken about and Kenny surely did shed major light on the subject.

...bump.  There's a lot of great information in these clips that we need to pay attention to.  If you want to improve....pay attention and take notes.  Kenny is answering many questions that beginners and even vets. have. ;) 8)

2 clips and they were both great... i have some of mr aronoff's videos on VHS that my father bought me and like junky said he does answers many questions even in his vid i have...
