I finally got focused, now i need some help...

I've finally focused on learning how to play the organ, I have a few chords that I play CONSISTANTLY (C# is my friend  ). What are some tips that any seasoned or beginners can give me to help me get a good foundation? I must admitt that I believe I may have adult A.D.D.  and that's what has kept me from learning in the past because I get so frustrated when i hear chords in my mind, but i'm not able to play them with my fingers. Pray for me saints, LOL. Any input would be great, thank you so much in advance.

Most times I dont think you are going to be able to play whats in your head unless you are an accomplished musician. If you can get over what I call the hump you dont have to worry about ADD. If you cant play for long periods of time without getting frustrated then you are not over the hump. When you are over the hump even when you play a long time you only get tired but you still want to play.

The best thing to do is to make playing fun. First you need to learn all the major and minor scales. Then learn all the chord triads and their inversions. Then you need to learn small progressions like the 2-5-1 and simple songs. Most people dont know it but you can learn all that in a month and be able to play simple songs.
