The strangest or oddest name you have heard

I had to read some names "announcer-style" at church recently, someone's name was VENDETTA......

mebbe Charles Bronson was her pops.

I was recently shown a picture of a woman's grandson when my son was born earlier this year. 

This child's middle name was.............FORESKIN.


I kid you not.  My eyes got as wide as manhole covers.  Once again, I kid you not.  WHAT WERE THEY THINKING???????

My best friend used to work with a guy named Richard Head.  Naturally, they called him Dick be it his name was Richard.  When he got phone calls, they would page him over the PA and say(Nickname and last name together) you have a phone call. :o

I think you know where I'm going.


He would get so mad.  Yes, this one's true too.

Have a friend who does some substituting in schools.  Said a while back she came across the name A**hole'













Its pronounced like "Ashley".  I was like  :o  :D :D :D :D

Parents (and usually they're Black, sadly) who give their kids these types of names or name combinations are complete IDIOTS. Period.

I also recall a recent death notice.  One of the survivors was a child named Cash Mone't(pronounced Moan-nay for the French-impaired).


Two other names the come to mind.

Girl who was in a recent case in DC was named Turkessa Branch.

I used to be a telemarketer, and we'd share names everyday; Ive forgotten the good ones now. Ill ask my sister (since she works there) for a few

We have this sister at our church named Anita and she married a oriental gentleman with the last name of "Thong"... I kid you not!  They were having a banquet for my pastor and they asked for her to make an presentation, so you can imagine the young people outside crackin up as they heard, "Sis Anita Thong... let give it up for Anita Thong everybody!" over the PA system.

HILARIOUS!!!!!!  :D :D

I used to know a couple of people w/ these names:
Michelle Bell
Peter Long

Michelle's parent's named her after the song "Michelle, my bell".

Peter Long was in my youth group yrs ago.  Someone that went to school w/ him told me one day, he's in a class in school, and the teacher called the names on the roll "Last Name, First".  When she got to his name, everyone laughed.

Also, my dad loves to watch NASCAR.  I've always wondered, what were Dick Trickle's parents thinking when they named him?  It sounds dirty.
