Where do I find these?

I've seen these small mixer looking devices in live recordings or just for church service.  But they're very small.  Does anyone have more details as to what brand and such?

I think it lets you control each instrament in you monitor or headhones so if the piano player is too loud  in you monitor u can turn him (or Her) down. It allows everyone too be able to hear themselves without playing too loud
