Need some Advice of Minister of Music!!!!!!!

This will be my first time incharge of being minister of music at My good friend which is Pastor Shepherd and I need to know that are other ways to enage people to not get bored of rehearsals and what other ways are good voice excercises. And last but not least what ARE some Good worship and praise songs that would be good for the congregation to enjoy and sing along and dance and shout besides traditional music. The shift in the spirit is leading me to bring into the house Prophetically a worship like no other but I Just wanted to know from you all what are some good songs with title and the composer of the piece I would truly appreciate it and I thank you all for your rime into reading this..God bless you alll
