...after watching Saturday Night's Fight I'm beginning to think Floyd Mayweather Jr. is unbeatable. :-\  I mean, seriously..... the guy is in ultimate shape and can talk up a freakin' storm aaaaaand...............BACK IT UP!!!!   I personally think that one man can stop him though.  His name:  Miguel Cotto.  Any thoughts from the Boxing Fans.....if any?  :-\
Miguel Cotto's TKO Win over Zab Judah

Well, obviously, you aint seen my mom lately... LOL. Especially when she found out that I crashed her car. LOL.... She had me in the ropes for a minute.

At this point in his career, Mayweather just may be untouchable, period.

But, I'd love to see a Cotto v Mayweather bout, just cause. If he's gonna talk all this junk, may as well back it up against the BEST in the world while YOU'RE considered the best in the world. ;) :-\
Agreed! As Ric Flair would say "To be the man, you have to beat the man".

Seriously who has cotto fought. the record dont mean nothing. name a top fighter he  beat besides mosley and don't say zab judah because he is finished.

...seriously though, he's fought a lot of good guys.  You have to fight good guys before you get to the top names.  There aren't that many top names in the division, you know?  So to answer your question, he just got to the level where you fight the big names.  This is how the boxing business is.  Develop a rep. and we'll give you the shot along with the cash.  The controversial victory over Zab and the decision over Sugar Shane Mosley are big "W's" for him on his way up.  What's bigger is that Sugar Shane himself admits to losing the fight.  You have to crawl before you begin to run and we know that.  So like I've stated before, I'd rather see him demolish De La Hoya so that the world can see that the boy is no fluke and he's for real.

...One fact is that other fighters are dodging him.  From hearing him and watching him, he's not a runner and will fight anyone.  He's definetly interested in fighting De La Hoya, "Winky", Mayweather, Margarito and even his boy "Tito" Trinidad if he has to.  The boy is for real.  We shall see what happens...

...on the other end:  The "Tito" Trinidad vs. Roy Jones Jr. fight is going to be quite interesting.  :-\

Beating 'The Golden Boy' isn't as big a deal as it once was. De La Hoya is definitely past his prime.

For that matter, so is Jones, Jr. (who needs to hang up the gloves. He was ONLY speed. For a guy like him, once that goes, it's a REAL RAPP:D )

Yeah, "The Golden boy" has seen better days, but the one thing he still has is the name can can make a lot of money.

Boxing has REALLY fallen off these days, Outside of Mayweather, I don't really know any boxers (under 40) :)  I don't even know the heavyweight champion.

...I seriously don't know......Don King is envolved though.  ;D ;D ;D

...Serious talk, I think the stage is set for Trinidad to Win and for Roy to finally go somewhere else because he's done and in denial.

I'm not Sjon but I think that it will be a battle of the chins. Both of em have chins that are as soft as tissue paper...LOL
Back in the day Roy Jones Jr was the man. He had undeniable quickness, unquestionable punching power, and he didnt get hit.
Trinadad has great punching power but he has always had a soft chin.

So the bottom line is whoever get's hit reall good first, will lose by KO ;)

I think that boxers these days have lost the key to victory which is the jab. These young guys are so unskilled. It's the jab that opens the way to landing those power punches. That's what Mayweather do better than any other boxer in the world. Alot of guys are content with being a head hunter but if they would work harder on their body shots then the head will fall. I like the art of boxing and not just a brawl. One of the best young fighter that I've seen comes from the Contender.....Alphonso Gomez. He has power, quickness, a good solid jab, and excellent body punching. I also like Sergio Mora.

...yeah it has man. LOL  I recently saw Jones in an interview with Don King, Tito and his father and Jones looks like he's about to taste the ring canvas again.  I'm telling you, Don King is about to get paid and he already sees a different Blockbuster fight.  I actually think that Cotto vs. Trinidad would be as big as Cotto vs. Mayweather.

...check this out though.....Latin America wants to see De La Hoya vs. Trinidad part II.  The first fight left a Sour taste in everyones mouth.  I would actually want to see that one versus Cotto/De La Hoya. :-\

I don't even know the heavyweight champion.

You mean the champions, each division has their own, the heavyweight division hasn't had a undisputed champion in a while.
