As I recall, we were supposed to meet up for dinner at about 5 or 6, before VT went to the recording... BUT, 3rdDay didn't get in the city until late, so a sista had to get her grub on.  We changed the plan to just meeting up after the recording for Christian cocktails and dessert, but a sista couldn't resist all the good-smelling food and that menu was calling my name!  It called my FULL name, too...  

So yes, I had dinner twice, but I didn't eat the whole plate because 3rdDay pretty much ate it all up... lol.

Basically, what it communicates is "if you have no problem drinking liquor, you can order a cocktail; if you have a problem with it, order sweet tea.  You can expect to feel comfortable whether you choose to drink or not."

It's a way of letting Christians know that you don't mind if they drink, whether you plan to drink or not.

So I log in to catch up real quick and this thread has exploded by like 6 or 7 pages, many of which had my finger on the lock detonator... but by the time I get here to page 12, it's all good and everybody's shootin' the breeze like we're at a family reunion, LOL!


BTW, my rice and chicken never came to pass, I was too tired so I did something quicker, and saved that for tonight... maybe.  I have bible study so I may just pick up a pizza.  I need to get a crockpot.
