I understand. I often wonder what is the motive behind some posts(not just this one) where you expose yourself and even joke about your own flaws but then get offended when others also joke and make light of those flaws. Again, not specifically speaking on this post alone.
Although I have a lot to say about that... lol... I'm going to choose, instead, to focus on ME and answer that personally.
I consider myself to be an extremely self-aware person. I tend to think I know myself a lot better than many people know themselves, or perhaps I'm just more willing to acknowledge and address my flaws. I can joke about my flaws, and I don't mind other people joking about them as long as they are well-meaning and said in jest, not maliciously. Sometimes, people joke around just to humiliate you or ridicule you, and at that point, it's not funny anymore.
For example, everyone here knows that I'm a natural blonde.

It's a bit of a running joke around LGM. Out of 999 jokes about my dizziness, I've only been offended one time, because I felt that person's comments crossed the line from light-hearted teasing to malicious ridiculing.

On another note, often times narcissists don't really care how the attention comes, as long as it comes. So, even if it means exposing yourself and being offended when others tease you, it's still attention, and that's the goal.
Be mindful that narcissistic motives aren't always what they seem. Many psychologists have written about
false narcissism, which is usually an overcompensation for a lack of self-admiration.
