Question for ya, If he is talking about the fight/struggles that he or maybe christians have should he have had milk & cookies in the video or make it believable to us as christians & to the world, which is supposed to be the real reason why we preach, sing to convert people. That being said, I have not had a chance to see the video.
You know how people like to have thier stuff sugar coated
1) I saw the cigar.
2) Dem there wasn't soda bottles, my man.
3) Those dances aren't exactly representative of holiness. I'm sorry, but dudes jerkin their hips and women poppin' their chest ain't it.
Wow... so since the world does the same or worse, then it's not so bad and we should just accept it? That's HORRIBLE logic. We'd be doing any-and-everything with that kind of thinking.
I get what Kirk was going for... but he should have used better judgement on some details.
I honestly dont see how seeing someone smoke a cigar could offend someone. Its not like you dont see people smoke everyday. And how is smoking unholy? I dont smoke or endorse smoking but I dont see how smoking makes anyone less holy.
I dont see how seeing people drinking at a bar offends people, when yall go Restauants and walk by the bar to your table, do you cover your kids eyes and start rebuking the devil?
I can kinda understand if these were things people struggled with in thier past , but still...

that was not the main focus of the video
As for the dancing, I dont remember seeing any dirty dancing and I really dont want to subject myself to another 5 minutes of Kirk Franklin just to see it.
