For the rest of the night, people like me will be watching CNN and listening to what the political experts believe are the reasons for such an outcome.  Before they fill my head with their opinions, I want to share two of mine.

I believe Hillary is the projected winner because:

1. Her "emotional" performance wherein she didn't quite cry, but her voice quivered just enough to show her human side.  It was an excellent strategy.

2. The Kenya situation has been all over the news, and CNN sent reporters not only to Kenya, but to Obama's family's home in Kenya.  It associated his image and likeness with a whoooooole lotta very dark-skinned black people and with a whooooole lotta violence.  It reminded the "I don't care about his skin color, I care about change" people that he really IS black...

That may not make sense to the average voter, but anyone in politics will know that that kinda stuff makes a difference.

Don't worry Larue, I've been watching CNN all day and prolly will all night too. Either way, my main concern is with the final vote on Election Day. I just pray that people come out to vote and put their money, where their mouth is.....ESPECIALLY HERE IN GEORGIA!! >:(

It was, by far, the most fiery debate I've seen between these three.  You would think that Barack is ahead by a 2-digit lead the way they were going after his jugular.  It really amazed me, and it takes a lot to amaze me.  I'm still kinda stumped by it.  At the same time, I'm kinda pleased to see that they're doing all of this just to fight for the black vote.  Our vote has never meant as much as it does in this election, so it's good that black people are getting this much attention, I think.

I'm still kinda annoyed with the good cop/bad cop thing Billary is doing, and I was very surprised by John Edwards getting his hands a little dirty too.  To be fair, I gotta tell you, Barack didn't shine as brightly as I would've liked.  But, hey, not everyone has acting skills, so at the end of the day, he did great.

I wouldn't say that Hillary and Barack dislike each other, but I think this new bickering between them is starting to take a toll on them both, especially Barack.  I caught a glimpse of a look on his face when she walked past him to shake John's hand, and he looked like he wanted to spit on her... lol.  I think he respects her, and really wants to play fair, but he's resentful that she's making it hard to play fair.

Here is the real question for you. I noticed you linked her w/her spouse. And you put the greater onus on her w/the "feud", and said they went after his jugular. O.K. question, are you looked at this w/an Barack bias, or do you really feel it's that one sided? I await your responses. LOL!

Definitely not biased.  Politics is my secular career, so I'm accustomed to looking at things objectively, inasmuch as I'm able to.

Now, concerning the "linkage" LOL.  Bill and Hillary are running together, and although we've known that would be the case from day one, it's becoming more and more apparent every day.

I don't put the onus on her, necessarily.  But, at the risk of sounding like a 1st grader, she did start it.  :-\  At tonight's debate, she and John both went after the jugular.  But, they have to.  Neither of them ever expected he'd be in the lead, and right now, he is.  So, they have to do whatever it takes to get him out of the way as best they can.

So, like I said, I'm not biased about this, but I also don't see it as one-sided.  It's kinda like the JB/TW fight.  Weeks could only sit quiet for so long before he had to protect his reputation and fight back.  In politics, every second counts.  You have to respond to every single allegation or accusation made within moments, not days or weeks.  So, Hillary started it, and then Barack had no choice but to get in it as well.  But, I don't blame Hill.  She's doing what she has to do to get the lead back.  Chick is desperate.  Heck, both of them are desperate.  They both desperately want the nomination.  :-\
