Well, Scooby is a very well-fed Great Dane, so I would have to say; 150 lbs. and at least 32 inches at the shoulders. JMHO. ;D

32 inches??  I was watching it yesterday with the kids and he has to be in the neighborhood of 40 inches at least.  He was almost as tall as Thelma.  :)

Scooby Doo is real.  I've seen him.  Except he was white.  That dog was over 6 feet tall on it's hind legs.  Now if it had talked to me, I would have ran.

Maybe Scooby Doo is a Great Dane/Bull Mastiff mix.  Yeah, that would explain it.
