OK, I feel really, really old right now.  I remember when this young lady was a baby, and my how she's grown.  She definitely has been blessed with genes of talent.  She is surely on her way if not already there. 

On another note, please take note of the statement that the MC made at 3:20.  He said something that I'm sure needed to be heard by some in that room as well as sby ome that are viewing.   But I'll stop right there because I can't really talk anymore because I am retired.
