Most gay guys are attracted to what they want to be....muscular....better looking.......more manly....educated....talented....etc. But a real man can show him how to be FRIENDS and be a role model. Self esteem and that lifestyle go hand in hand. Trust.

I would guess, because, There are many differnent deffinitions of what a 'man' is. Just because a guy looks like a man on the outside, doesnt mean he is a 'real man'. The are plenty of men who dress like a 'man', talk like a 'man' and act like a 'man'. And that same dude will go home and beat his wife, curse his mother and not pay his child support. There are many femineme men who are more of a man than a lot of the dudes walkin 'round acting masculine.

We can obiviously tell by the diversity of opinions that everybody believes something different in reference to this issue and how it should be handled in the body of Christ... I think we need to keep in mind that God knows our hearts.  Things may appear one way to us but only God knows the whole story.  When we see people that we think are gay; we don't know if they really are and we don't know if God is working on them or not.  If a gay guy goes to his pastor and confesses, I don't know what should happen after that.  It will be up to that pastor (whom should be lead by God) to decide how to proceed.

YES.  There are several of us who have admittedly been caught up in the struggle.

If homosexuals, prostitutes, theives, liars, sinners period are coming to church, THAT"S GREAT!!! IF they are coming with the mind set of wanting to change, wanting to be delivered, wanting the yoke to be destroyed. They should not be coming to church Sunday after Sunday and feeling comfortable in their sin . And that's the problem in a lot of churches. People are getting to comfortable in the state that their in. There ought to be some conviction going on afterwhile. If they keep coming and coming and the truth is being preached and they're accepting the word and taking it in, God will get a hold of them and deliverance will come

But you have to be willing to change. there's a girl at our church now who is a lesbian, part of her wants to change and a part of her doesn't. She cries out, Lord I'm sorry, Forgive me and boo hoos all over the floor and then the next day her mom says she was out with ole girl again. Many of us has said to her, well if you really want to change like you say you do, you have to yield to God totally and stop holding on to that thing . You have to be fully committed. There is no half in and half out because if you're coming to church with that mind frame, you'll never pull down that stronghold. We also let her know that if you keep playing with God, Lord Lord I want to change and Forgive me, Lord help me and then go right back into the same sin, Yes God has Mercy on people, but he also has a Wrath when you mock him or continue to disobey him.

Many of us were sincere in our opinions about this complex issue of sexuality in the church. Biblically, sexual immorality was a huge challenge in the early church. Pagan influence ran rampant in many of the fellowships. In today's times, sexual immorality has again reared its ugly head because we haven't been wise enough to have open dialouge about our successes, failures, fears, predjudice and ignorance. We have accepted a secular approach to the ordained principles of the spirit of God. We have a Talladega nights type of approach to how we view Jesus. For the benefit of those who aren't movie buffs consider this...

There is a scene where Will Ferrell prays to Jesus at the different stages of his life. He argues with his family at the dinner table which Jesus they should pray to. This mentality is a microcosm of how we have reduced the power of the Holyghost in the BOC. WE love the Jesus who releases us from sin but we forget about the Jesus who challenged the religious leaders of his day to repent. The same Jesus that could spit on the ground and make a salve that would open a man's eyes could also take a whip and drive some people out who weren't worthy of being in the church. I'm not saying that we take that approach for this issue but I am saying that we must remember Jesus in his quest to gather people also scattered those who didn't want to change.

The first three chapters of revelations deal with the spirit of GOD judging the seven churches. One church in particular was permitting Jezebel to teach in the church inspite of her sexual immorality. Notice it didn't say what the immorality was. It didn't say whether it was gay or straight. It said sexual immorality. Yes we  can accept people into our fellowships as they are however the danger is in us not warning our people of the threat of judgement that hovers over our heads. To many times we are so focused on the day to day operations of our "ministries" as if we all have made it in already... MEN may agree with sexual deviants serving in the church but the SPIRIT OF GOD who speaks to the churches doesn't..... Read the first three chapters of Revelations if you dare... That really puts alot of our reasoning to bed.. GOD HATES SEXUAL SIN OF ANY KIND!!!!!!! IT MAKES HIM SICK.. Procreation is the closet representation of his nature that man can get in the earth realm... More on that later... peace fam
