New bass on the way!

Well, new to me anyway.  I did a 3-way trade with 2 other guys on Talkbass for my Roscoe LG-3005, and here's what's on it's way to me.  Click to enlarge.

Box Elder Burl Top
Mahogany Body
Maple/Purpleheart Neck
Katalox/Sapwood FB
Aggie Pre

Man that is sweet, congrats! Enjoy it and make sure you get some sleep at nite..LOL!  Don't get a cramp in your fingers from playing it so much and be looking like "Fred G. Sanford"

Oh my. Beautiful instrument! Someone is selling a 3005 over at TB! I want it so bad but I'm so broke! :(

I know what you mean.  There are TWO 3005's that I know are available at prices that I could go ahead and send the PayPal.  I ahve to keep clicking my heels three times and saying "I don't need that bass.....I don't need that bass....I don't need that bass".  I'm at least at the point where I no longer check to see if they're still available or if the price(s) dropped.

MAN, that is gorgeous.  I am crazy about burled wood.  You need to get an insurance policy on that thing.
