Keep Singing! Encouragement

Well,

      Had one of those Sunday mornings...the kind where the musicians on the Praise team get mixed messages from the Minister along the lines of "do it good, but don't make it a SOLO". So we tone it down - thus adding to my doubts about the song, our preparation, and most of all, my voice (the people at this church don't know about the struggles I have gone through with my confidence about that). I think, "maybe I shouldn't sing out so much, let others in the group do more", when this member of the congregation runs up to me as I am leaving after the service and says - "I love your voice! KEEP SINGING!"

It was as if the Lord had sent an angel to comfort and assure me...

just remember that God gave u the voice to sing for His glory and not our own. So yes keep singing and at the same time you use wisdom and help bring the others voices out. because the Bible said if two or three gather together in My Name, there i will be in the mist, come on somebody.. let me stop for i start preaching..
