B3, you are soooo right. The organ player was WAY TOO BUSY!! MM, I know that you were probably mad because he was so way out there!! In cases like this, all you can do is just switch places in your patterns in music. Just let him lead and you cover him. I know that this wrong, but until you can show him correctly, this is what you will have to do Doc!!  I pray that this helps!  AND THATS A RAPP!!!  Bishop Cole

At my church, a lot of times the problem is differences in rhythm. I'll hear a song one way and they'll hear it another, so I end up compromising to get it to "sound right". I want to go where I don't have to compromise as much. It's holding my growth back now.

It's a long story but he will do that if I show skill. It's purposed that I stay in the background. :-X I just do what I do and let the other musicians do what they do. He's the main musician so he'll burn out one day. :D

That's my church 4 U...
I end up having to play very basic stuff...not that I'm any good, but it's just frustrating..only my sister can adjust..but hopefully things will get better..

BTW..i read with interest wat you guys are saying to MM ;D
