lol, it all depends on what type song u're playing.
ex: worship music is generally soft pretty/mellow sounding until u reach the climax of the song.
praise songs are completely up to the drummer in my opinion. u just have 2 follow the anoiting and u're keyboard/organist to listen for breaks and fills.

Man i used to have a big problem with playing to loud but i just realized one day while i was out in the studio that if i ever wanted to go out and really do alot with my playing that i was gonna have to really concentrate on the dynamics. which is somthin i learnd from my boy. big ups to CHRIS COLEMAN.
