Yeah, that's it. The condition of the CD may be a factor in the value. But maybe in 20 more years it will be worth something. The one that came out afterwards(if you're referring to Rob & Fab) is worth so much because it sold less than 5000 copies I believe if that many It may have been as little as 800. I can't verify it, but one of those figures is correct. The label ran out of money so it was over. Those guys got a raw deal because they took all of the heat when it was the producer(Frank Farian) that masterminded it all, made most of the money, and exposed them as frauds. His career didn't suffer one bit because of it and he's still working today. Excuse me for the slight hi-jack.

Yep, Rob & Fab... that's the one. It sold 2000 copies, according to the lone reviewer on Amazon. Darn shame.
To be honest, I was never that into them anyway. I liked
Girl You Know, and that slow song they did (don't remember the name right now), but they were just too "pretty" for my teenaged taste...
