Scenario 2:

You meet a girl in the area; you get the digits. I would say call the next day or the day after that. If you call 3 days later, I believe it would be too long.

I've been out of the game too long, bruh.  Don't know if I can offer too much assistance.  lol.  However, I think it depends upon the rapport you established from the jump.  If you met her and engaged in a good convo for a while, then I'd think it would be acceptable to call her the next day.  Whereas, if you simply spit some mad game and got the digits in a couple of minutes, then there's nothing really invested there, so waiting a day or more will neither hurt nor help.  Cuz, it's likely that if you got the digits in that short amount of time, someone else is likely to have as well.  Then, it becomes a matter of not when you call, but how good your game is when you call.

I was gonna leave this for the guys to handle, but since Temejo chimed in, I'll toss my two cents in, too.  LOL  

LL already locked down the answer to "how long," so I just wanna toss in a response to the part in bold.

1. It really sucks when you have chemistry (or a "vibe") in the beginning, but you wait too long to move, so the vibe goes cold.  On the flip side, you could end up with a solid friendship as a consolation prize.   LOL

2. Clarity is key.

3. Most women don't misinterpret men's advances as signs of desperation.  Usually, only desperation comes across as desperation.
