New Earth~ Oprah, can somebody please explain

I am confussed as to what the heck this "New Earth" thing that is so big with Oprah... (nothing aginst Oprah, I am just confused)

Is it like a self help book kinda like a new way of thinking.

Is it more on a spiritual thing or just a positive way of thinking
